A 5 session workshop exploring the many shapes of creating music! Have you ever wondered:

Just what is Sound and how do music instruments create sound? How are guitars made? What is inside of that Piano? Can I play a harp? maybe a Bass? How is music recorded? Does the album cover art really matter? Can music really affect my mood, and brain? Would you like to make an instrument?
​
Guest speakers share their love of playing and making instruments. Throughout the sessions, students will participate in the assembling, tuning and playing the Reverie Harp.
Sessions are open to all ages! Most content is geared towards Middle School age

who love music , art, or science! Or all three!
​
Or are interested in just seeing what it is all about!

Music Shapes will be there 7:30 -9pm

The Upper Room asks for a $5 fee at the door.
There is no additional fee to participate in
Creating Music thanks to the Foundation grant.
